SCHOLARSHIP
ROUSTAH Rural
Placement Scholarship
Scholarships
of up to $500.00 are available for ROUSTAH members completing clinical
placements during eligible undergraduate studies or graduate entry
level studies in 2011. The scholarships are designed to support
eligible students to complete rural clinical placements by receiving
financial assistance for travel, accommodation and living expenses
they incur during their placement. There will be at least one scholarship
offered per semester of $500.00.

Study Period
2 (Semester 1) Clinical Placements
- Applications
will be open 10/01/2011. Closing Date for Study Period 2 applications
is Friday 18 March 2011.
Study Period
5 (Semester 2) Clinical Placements
- Applications
will be open 16/5/2011. Closing Date for Study Period 5 applications
is Friday 27 June 2011.

- Application
form
- Supporting
Documentation
- 500 word
statement (see application form for more detail) and;
- Proof
of enrolment at UniSA and course details and;
- Supporting
letter from UniSA Clinical Placement Unit with details of
clinical placement.

ANU UniSA Health
Hubs and Spokes Project has been promoting some opportunities for
UniSA students to take part in inter-professional learning teams
in SE NSW, NT and SA. A small number of clinical placements in south
east NSW in 2011 are still available for final year allied health,
nursing and pharmacy students.
